In a convenient location, with long road frontage this rectangular parcel of land comprises mixed grazing lands. The land is included in Area Aid and was included in REPS 4 plan. The commonage, which is on the opposite of the road and has a long frontage to the council road and is divided into three separate areas, lands on Plan 10 (1/6th share in 497 ha), lands on Plan 2 (1/6th share in 21 ha and lands on Plan 19 (1/18th share in 51ha).

THE LANDS OWNED OUTRIGHT:
The land owned outright has good road frontage and an entrance in beside the dwelling house (which is not in the same ownership and is not included in the sale). There is an outbuilding on the lands extending to approximately 100 sq. ft. of stone and concrete block construction. The lands are fully fenced and have forestry on the adjoining properties. THE COMMONAGE:

There are substantial peat deposits on the commonage and the turbary rights are exercised. There are no turbary rights on the lands on Plan 19.
