The arena which occupies almost 600 square meters has large access doors and a considerable depth of sand throughout the whole arena. OUTSIDE: The stables and arena are set on a site of circa 0.54 Hectares (1.33 acres) of off road parking, a paddock to the rear and some older style stables which could be demolished or renovated.
