When we visit you for a valuation (both sales and rentals) we will discuss with you about the approach we think best suits your property, taking into consideration its location and your circumstances, to ensure we provide a tailored service that suits you the client. All of our properties benefit from beautiful photography, exceptional presentation and virtual video tours if possible. This ensures that your property stands out above the others.

With our vast knowledge and experience of sales and lettings of all types of properties throughout Co. Galway, we are able to assist you in all types of valuations. On having to sell my home I did an incredible amount of research in which to find a genuinely professional estate agent. I can say, in absolute honesty, that I was truly blessed to have chosen Spencers Auctioneers and Luke. The professionalism, courtesy, respect and honesty that Luke provided, to eventually sell my home, was and is, a shining example to all the other 'services'...... whom, in my opinion, made the sale more difficult than perhaps necessary.
