Spencer Auctioneers have been assisting buyers for over 10 years to take the stress out of finding their next home. It saves time, money and provides buyers insights to properties that may not go to market but get sold privately.

As a buyer’s agent, our fees are paid for by the buyer and consequently we can approach other agents who may have the sort of property which you are looking for and these agents will willingly disclose and discuss these properties with us since if a sale results, they will still get paid a commission by the vendor of the property.

Furthermore as a buyer’s agent we are also able to approach private individuals who may own a property which we think may suit your needs and this will appeal to many vendors since it gives them an opportunity to sell their property without paying a commission.

We are normally able to insure your property search is self funding as we aim to save you more than our fees through exhaustive research, our up to date market knowledge and tough negotiating skills.  We will always negotiate well on your behalf and always aim to save you money as a matter of course.

We will then start seeking suitable properties for you and inspect potential properties that you identify as of interest to you.

We will arrange appointments, visit the properties and  email details and photographs to you and then accompany you on inspections when and if you are able to visit.

When we find the property that most appeals to you and you wish to purchase that property, we will conduct all negotiations on your behalf with a view to trying to secure the property at the lowest possible price.  Once a sale is agreed, we will negotiate with the respective solicitors to ensure that the transaction progresses as smoothly as possible and to try and ensure that you gain possession of the property at the date which suits you best.

On having to sell my home I did an incredible amount of research in which to find a genuinely professional estate agent. I can say, in absolute honesty, that I was truly blessed to have chosen Spencers Auctioneers and Luke. The professionalism, courtesy, respect and honesty that Luke provided, to eventually sell my home, was and is, a shining example to all the other 'services'...... whom, in my opinion, made the sale more difficult than perhaps necessary. Lukes knowledge, contacts and ability to sort out so many obstacles and barriers was a key factor in the eventual sale of my home. Luke, unlike, i'd say, 100 percent of other 'over paid actors' involved in the sale, always returned phone calls, e-mail enquiries, promptly......and never treated me other than a highly valued client at all stage of the sale.
